Business & Operations Manager We are seeking a Business Manager for a telecommunications leader in the greater Lexington area. This individual will oversee finance, operations, and all procedures. It is an immediate need. They will be responsible for monthly reports, profit & loss, general ledger, regional reports, trends, budgeting, policies/procedures, etc. They will conduct quarterly audits of system to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Controls. Responsible for efficient flow of financial and operational information. Will directly supervise business operations staff, warehouse staff, purchasing, IT. QUALIFICATIONS: •Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance or similar •5+ years experience in financial and operational capacities (management experience a must) •Must have excellent communications skills and strong analytical skills •Experience with inventory and cash balancing a major plus.
